General Terms

  1. This website is not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Discord Inc. (discord.com) or any of its affiliates. For inquiries, please contact us directly.
  2. As a retailer of digital products, we reserve the right to sell under these Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Violations may result in a ban/blacklist and refusal of services.
  3. This User Agreement ("Agreement"), along with our Privacy Policy and other site policies, governs your use of our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with all policies.
  4. Amendments: We may amend this Agreement and/or server policies at any time by posting updated policies. Changes are effective immediately.
  5. All sales are final; no refunds will be provided.
  6. We may discontinue any tool or service at our discretion without refund or replacement.
  7. "Lifetime" refers to the operational duration of the tool/service. No guarantees are provided for patches, leaks, or ceased functionality.
  8. Unauthorized cracking, leaking, or distributing our products will revoke your license and updates.
  9. We may cancel orders and refuse service if fraud is suspected, without notice or compensation.

Privacy Policy

  1. Data Collection: We collect information you provide for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
  2. Data Usage: Data is used according to our Privacy Policy. We never share your personal information without consent except as required by law.
  3. Third-Party Services: Our services may use third-party platforms. You agree to their data processing policies.
  4. Data Security: We use appropriate measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
  5. Retention: We retain your data as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Upon request, data will be deleted unless legally required to retain.
  6. User Rights: You can access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at prosboosts@gmail.com.
  7. Updates: Privacy Policy may be modified at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.

Server Boost TOS

  1. Boosts cannot be transferred. Please do not request this service.
  2. If boosting accounts are removed, no replacements are provided.
  3. Promotions revoked by Discord or account deletions are not compensated.
  4. Boost duration matches the Nitro subscription on boosting accounts. A 1-month boost is 25–30 days. Replacements are provided if boosts expire sooner.

Server Member TOS

  1. We provide a 30-day warranty for server members. If a token is revoked, replacement may not be possible.

Nitro Token TOS

  1. 15-minute warranty on locked/invalid/flagged tokens; not responsible after that.
  2. Do not manually log in to tokens; invalidation from improper use is not covered.
  3. Damaged/flagged/locked tokens from incorrect usage or flagged tools are not eligible for replacement.
  4. Tokens with captchas will not be replaced.
  5. Promotions revoked by Discord are not replaced or compensated.
  6. After changing a token's password, warranty is void.

Nitro Gifts TOS

  1. 30-day warranty on all Nitro gifts; no replacement after expiry.
  2. No auto-claim warranty; links remain valid until expiration.
  3. Keep screen-recorded proof of claiming for replacements/refunds.
  4. Replacements may depend on circumstances (e.g., mass revokes).
  5. Revoke reports must be submitted within 24 hours of Discord's email.
  6. No replacement if the link expires.

Nitro TOS

  1. Warranty on all Nitros.
  2. All Nitros are legally purchased; no revoke chance.
  3. To claim replacements, provide a full screen-record or screenshare of redemption; otherwise, no replacement/refund.

Discord Account TOS

  1. No warranties; purchases are at buyer's risk.
  2. Replacements offered only if tokens are invalid upon delivery; claims must be made within 15 minutes.
